PJOE can offer you a vast experience in constructing mechanical structures like high capacity offshore lifting cranes, turret structures for FPSO’s, floating buoys for (off)loading, stingers, support structures, pipe joint handling equipment and the like.

The successful completion of the projects has involved various mechanical tasks as machining of large diameter structures, line boring and milling. We have delivered cranes fully outfitted with all machinery, electrical and mechanical equipment installed including sheaves, motors, rails, bearings, pins, panels, e-houses. 

PJOE has delivered the cranes fully fitted on the hull of the derrick lay barge, successfully completing the entire crane system as engine room, controls, counter weight, tub including all required engineering. Some of our projects are demanding high strength steels like 690 material which we have successfully applied on a number of projects. 

For that purpose the full yard facilities are available to support the projects. Parts are constructed inside the workshops and final assembly is taking place in the yard open area’s. Various pre-assemble area’s are available in the yard for performing the completion tasks of the various sub assemblies. 

PJOE is operating a fleet of support equipment with crawler cranes, transporters, forklifts, trailers to assist with the projects. We have our in house machining capabilities as line boring, machining as well, enabling full control of the projects.
